Fine sand, dunes and steep cliffs on the edge of the city or in paradisiacal corners. The Costa Blanca welcomes us with more than 170 beaches and more than 300 sunny days a year. Where? For example, Alicante, Denia, Altea and Benidorm.
However, the Costa Blanca is not only a beach. Ten natural parks from north to south are drawing a unique landscape: Sierra de Mariola, Font Roja, Marjal Pego-Oliva, Peñón de Ifach, Sierra Helada, Montgó, the lagoons of La Mata and Torrevieja, the Salinas de Santa Pola and The Fund.
Traditional dishes and innovative cuisine give flavour to an area that also offers a wide range of high-level wines.
Alicante offers a Mediterranean diet: vegetables, rice, seafood, fruits and delicacies. Why? This is demonstrated by the sixteen Michelin Stars that hang from twelve establishments on the Costa Blanca.
Some of the products with designation of origin are the wines and spirits of Alicante; the bagged grape from Vinalopó; Mountain cherries from Alicante, loquats from Callosa d’En Sarrià and Nougat from Alicante and Jijona.
The desire to have fun will be fully satisfied in a unique offer that includes Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar (all in Benidorm); Elche River Safari; Aquópolis in Torrevieja or Polapark in Santa Pola.
